- Full-time student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Organizational Development, Learning and Development or HR related field at an accredited program in the United States with at least one academic term to complete post internship to be eligible for internship participation
- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research, with minimal error in data, and to present findings in a clear and meaningful way
- Strong planning and project management skills including organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects, and function effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge through direct experience of learning concepts, training and development methods and techniques
